Limited Use License Agreement

Sdlimage™ 9.2 is licensed to developers or publishers thru a Limited Use License Agreement (LULA) on a per game per target basis.

With one LULA, you are granted to use Sdlimage™ for one game. If you want to use it for a different game or a sequel, you must sign a second LULA.

Sdlimage™ 9.2 LULA price policy is based on an upfront fee plus royalties model and depends on the number of platforms your game targets.

Class of Targets

Sdlimage™ 9.2 LULA price levels are indexed on the class your game belongs as follows:

CLASS I CLASS II CLASS III

The game targets Personal computers and/or consoles
The game targets handheld consoles
The game targets mobile phones or PDAs
Includes:
PC, Mac, Sony PS3, PS2 & PSone, Microsoft XBox 360 & Xbox, Nintendo Wii, Game Cube, N64, etc.		 Includes:
Sony PSP, Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Color, Game Boy, Nokia NGage, NGage/QD, etc.		 Includes:
Any handset models, Java MIDP 1 or 2, jsr-184, Symbian, Brew, etc.

Prices

Prices depend on the number of differend targets and the volume of sales in unit: you pay an upfront plus royalties. Get in touch with us for price quotation.
