Limited Use License Agreement
Sdlimage™ 9.2 is licensed to developers or publishers thru a Limited Use License Agreement (LULA) on a per game per target basis (no royalties).
With one LULA, you are granted to use Sdlimage™ for one game. If you want to use it for a different game or a sequel, you must sign a second LULA.
Sdlimage™ 9.2 LULA price policy is based on a flat fee model (no royalties) and depends on the number of platforms your game targets.

Sdlimage™ 9.2 LULA price levels are indexed on the class your game belongs as follows:

Prices
For class I & II, prices depend on the number of differend targets. Per target prices are listed below.
Note that for class III: wireless gaming is something special, as more and more handset models have to be supported. For this reason, mobile games are priced per game, not per target.

Examples of quotation
— Class I game: Say you are developing a sequel of the game "A" for three class-I targets: PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The total cost of the LULA for your game is as low as: 2,500.00 × 3 = 7,500.00 €
— Class II game: Say you are developing a game "B" for two class-II targets: Nintendo DS and GBC.
The total cost of the LULA for your game is as low as: 2,000.00 × 2 = 4,000.00 €
— Class III game: Say you are developing a game "C" for one hundred different handset models.
The total cost of the LULA for your game is as low as: 3,000.00 €
